An Historic Night…at last!
It has been about 15 months since this campaign actually started last year. It has been five months since the first voting started in Iowa when Obama stunned the world by beating Hillary. And now, finally, at last, this primary contest is over. As I write this tonight, Obama is 10 delegates away from having the 2118 delegates needed to clinch and own the nomination. He will be receiving at least 14-16 delegates from Montana and South Dakota and that will put him over the top definitively (if it doesn’t happen before the end of those contests at 10pm EST).
One commandment I have to Barack–DO NOT CHOOSE HILLARY AS VP. I would literally puke. But I really don’t think he will, no matter how desperately and shamefully she begs for the VP slot. I could go on and on about this and how bad it would be, but I am really very confident he will not choose her because he has said in the past that the country needs to turn the page from the Bush and Clintons. Bye bye Billary.
